Do you offer weekly service everywhere on this page?
Weekly service runs on routes, and routes only work where there are enough pools close together. In Spring, Klein, The Woodlands, Tomball, Cypress, Kingwood, Humble and Atascocita, Conroe, Porter, New Caney and North Houston we run regular routes. In the outer areas — Montgomery, Willis and Cut and Shoot — we focus on repairs, equipment and remodels, and confirm weekly service case by case. We would rather tell you that now than promise a schedule we cannot keep.
My neighbourhood is not listed. Do you still come out?
Possibly. The neighbourhoods on each area page are the main ones, not a complete list. If you are between two areas we cover, or just outside one, call with your address and we will tell you straight away. For remodels and larger projects we sometimes travel further than for weekly service.
Is there a travel charge for the outer areas?
Weekly service is priced by the pool, not by the postcode. For one-off repairs in the furthest areas, travel time can be part of the call-out, and we say so when you book rather than on the invoice. Estimates are free wherever you are in our area.
Why is your map centred on Spring?
Because that is where we are. Our office is at 20515 Marilyn Ln, Spring, TX 77388, between Spring and Klein, and every area we serve is measured from there. It also explains why our response is quickest in Spring and Klein, and why the outer areas are scheduled a little differently.
