Leaks traced in plumbing, fittings and the shell, then repaired — including the ones other companies missed.

Katy is the far west of our map and one of the busiest pool markets in Texas. Master-planned communities like Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows and Cross Creek Ranch put a pool in a huge share of backyards, and more people search for pool service in Katy than in any other single town we cover.

It is also a long way from our Spring office, so we schedule Katy work in dedicated runs rather than squeezing it between Spring stops.
Cinco Ranch and Grand Lakes were built mostly from the 1990s to the 2000s, and many of their pools are now reaching a first or second replaster and their first round of equipment replacement. Seven Meadows, Cane Island, Elyson and Cross Creek Ranch are younger, with salt systems, variable-speed pumps and automation as standard. Old Town Katy has a smaller number of older homes and pools. What sets Katy apart for a pool is the ground: the area has been sinking faster than anywhere else in the Houston region, on flat, slow-draining prairie clay.
A concrete pool is a rigid box sitting in the ground, and it does best when the ground around it stays put. Katy’s combination of expansive clay and regional subsidence means the ground moves more than in most of our area — slowly, but continuously.
That shows up in the places a pool flexes: the joint between deck and coping, the plumbing where it runs from the pool to the equipment, and cracks in older decks. None of it is a reason not to own a pool in Katy. It is a reason to keep deck joints sealed, fix small leaks promptly, and look at the plumbing and coping carefully before a replaster.

Local questions
Something specific to your pool? Call (832) 528-4979 — we would rather look at it than guess.
Yes. Katy is about 30 miles from our office, so it is the farthest area we serve, and we schedule it in dedicated runs rather than as a detour. That lets us offer weekly service and repairs there without cutting the visit short. Tell us your community when you call, and we will confirm your service day.
Weekly service is priced by the pool, not the postcode, so a Katy pool is priced like any other of the same size and condition. For one-off repairs, travel time can be part of the call-out, and we tell you when you book rather than on the invoice. Estimates are free in Katy as everywhere else.
It can contribute to movement over time, alongside the clay soil that swells and shrinks with rain and drought. The effects show up as deck cracks, gaps at the coping joint and, occasionally, stressed plumbing that starts to leak. Keeping joints sealed and dealing with small leaks early limits the damage. We check for all of it before any replaster or remodel.
Yes — along with Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows, Cane Island, Elyson and Old Town Katy. Cinco Ranch and Grand Lakes pools are often ready for a first or second replaster and new equipment. The newer communities mostly need weekly service and help with modern equipment.

We come out, look at the pool and the equipment, and put a written price together. Free, and no obligation.
