Magnolia sits west of The Woodlands along FM 1488, where a small railroad town has grown into one of the busiest new-home areas in Montgomery County. Master-planned Audubon, the acreage estates of High Meadow Ranch and newer communities like Mostyn Manor have added a lot of backyard pools in a short time, most of them under tall pines.

Many Magnolia pools are only a few years old, built with the house in Audubon, Mostyn Manor and the newer subdivisions, and they come with salt systems, variable-speed pumps and automation. Their owners mostly want weekly service or a clear handover. High Meadow Ranch and the other acreage around town have larger custom pools, sometimes a long way from the house. Older homes near the town centre have pools ready for repair or replastering. The pine cover everywhere means needles in the skimmer most weeks of the year.

Local questions
Something specific to your pool? Call (832) 528-4979 — we would rather look at it than guess.
Yes. Magnolia is about 21 miles from our office, reached past The Woodlands and Tomball, and we run it alongside those routes. Tell us your community when you call and we will confirm your service day. Acreage properties further out are confirmed case by case.
Not necessarily — many owners look after a new pool themselves. The ones who call us want their weekends back, or were caught out by a salt cell error, a green pool after a storm or a pump schedule they did not understand. We are happy to walk you through the equipment either way, and let you decide.
Yes. Acreage pools tend to be larger, sometimes with long plumbing runs to the equipment and, occasionally, well water for filling. We size equipment for the real layout and test well water for metals before it goes near a new finish.
Most Magnolia lots kept their tall pines, and needles slip past the skimmer door and pack into the pump basket. A leaf canister on the cleaner line, more frequent basket emptying and a filter sized for the debris make a real difference. Weekly service builds that in.

We come out, look at the pool and the equipment, and put a written price together. Free, and no obligation.
