How quickly will I hear back?
We reply during office hours — Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A request sent over the weekend is picked up on Monday morning. If something is urgent — water pouring from the equipment pad, or a pump that has stopped in summer heat — call (832) 528-4979 rather than using the form. The phone gets a faster answer than the inbox.
What happens at the estimate visit?
We look at the pool, the equipment pad and anything you are worried about, and ask what the pool has been doing. For repairs we often find the fault on that first visit; for replasters and remodels we look at the surface, tile, coping and structure and bring finish samples. You get a written price afterwards. There is no charge and no obligation.
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
Your address, what the pool is doing, and how long it has been doing it. Photos of the pool and the equipment pad help a lot, especially for repairs — a picture of the equipment labels saves a trip for the right part. If you are asking about weekly service, mention trees near the pool and whether there is a spa. None of it is required, but it helps us arrive prepared.
Can I visit your office?
Our office at 20515 Marilyn Ln, Spring, TX 77388 is a working base for our crews and trucks rather than a shop. Most customers never need to visit, because we come to the pool.
