Do you service pools in Tavola?
Yes. Tavola and the other newer communities around New Caney are on our north-east routes. Many of the pools there are only a few years old, and weekly service is what most owners ask us for.
Our New Caney home is on well water. Can we fill the pool from it?
Usually, yes, but test it first. Well water in this area can carry iron and other metals that stain plaster and turn the water brown or green when chlorine is added. A metal sequestrant, and in some cases a pre-filter on the hose, make well water workable. We can test it for you.
How far is New Caney from Spring?
About 15 miles east of our office, via the Grand Parkway. It is on our regular routes alongside Kingwood and Porter. Tavola and the newer communities are the easiest to schedule. Older acreage is confirmed when you call.
Do you do green-pool clean-ups in New Caney?
