That makes equipment health and freeze preparation more important here than almost anywhere else we work.
Pools in Seven Coves, Point Aquarius and the lakeside neighbourhoods tend to be well built but lightly used, with equipment that can fail unnoticed while the owners are away. Heavy forest cover near the national forest adds debris. In town, older homes have pools that need repair and occasional remodel work. Because Willis is at the northern end of our area, we lead with equipment, repair, freeze preparation and remodel work here.

Yes. For homes that are empty for days or weeks at a time, we focus on keeping equipment running, water chemistry stable and freeze protection working. Tell us when the house is usually occupied and who can let us through a gate if needed.
Willis is about 25 miles up I-45, at the northern edge of our area. We focus on repairs, equipment, freeze preparation and remodels there. For weekly service, call with your address and we will tell you honestly whether it fits our routes.
If the power stays on and freeze protection is working, the pump runs and the equipment is usually fine. If the power fails, water can freeze in the pump, filter, heater and pipes and crack them — and nobody is there to notice. For part-time homes, we check freeze settings every autumn and can advise on what to do if an outage is forecast.
Mainly through debris. Pine needles, cones and oak leaves from the surrounding forest end up in pools, especially on lots that back onto woodland. Baskets and filters need more frequent attention, and pools left unattended for a week or two can load up quickly.

We come out, look at the pool and the equipment, and put a written price together. Free, and no obligation.
