How quickly can weekly service start in Spring?
Usually within a week or two of the walkthrough, because Spring is where our routes are busiest and a new stop is easy to fit in. In April and May, when half of Spring decides to open the pool at once, it can take a little longer. If your pool is already green, we do a clean-up first and start the weekly visits once it is clear.
Do you service Gleannloch Farms and Northampton pools with spas?
Yes, and many pools in those communities have attached spas, water features and heaters. The weekly visit covers the spa as well, including brushing and checking the spillover. Pools with more equipment take longer, so their weekly price reflects that, and we tell you up front.
Can you service my Spring pool on a particular day?
We try. Spring has several route days a week, so there is more flexibility here than in outer areas. If you have dogs, gate codes or a day you would rather we avoided, tell us at the walkthrough and we will set the route around it where we can.
What happens if a storm hits Spring between visits?
Heavy rain can dilute the chlorine and wash debris into the pool, and a power cut can stop the pump. If the pool turns after a storm, call us and we come back rather than waiting a week. Our Spring customers are the easiest for us to reach quickly, simply because the office is here.
